Not sure where to vote in the upcoming election? Here’s your #NBW3 guide to casting your vote.
In Ward 3, Councilor Hugh Dunn is running unopposed to represent the ward on the New Bedford City Council. So, it’s hardly a nail-biter.
But…there are important races happening that will affect all of New Bedford and #NBW3 – so it’s important to weigh in and help determine the direction of the city over the course of the next couple of years.
For example, the election for the next mayor finds incumbent Jon Mitchell in a closer than expected race against challenger Charlie Perry – and a few votes could make the difference. Who knows? It could be your vote! Councilors-At-Large and School Committee candidates are also on the ballot – and all of these positions impact #NBW3.
So, polling locations in the ward are listed below. They are open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.
A ward is broken into precincts, so you will see 3 followed by A B C D E & F. The letters are associated with specific street addresses – your address. If you are unsure what precinct your address is in, you can enter it on this page (click here), find your precinct – and then GO VOTE!

Hey there just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the images aren’t loading properly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different internet browsers and both show the same outcome.
