All right – it’s not an all out invasion. But this Saturday, Dec. 16, this writer – Steven Froias – and Bethany Santos-Fauteux, co-founders of The Ward 3 Project will be in Ward 4 dispensing some community spirit.
And, FREE hot chocolate!
The two will be handling the hospitality chores at Clasky Common Park from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The free cocoa is courtesy of the downtown eatery, Destination Soups and its owner, Devin Byrnes, who launched Cocoa at the Common this year.
Every Saturday through December 30, free hot chocolate will be available to folks checking out the annual Holiday Light Display in the park, a cherished city tradition.
I wrote a full post about Cocoa on the Common for NewBedfordCoworking.com, and you can read all about it here.
It will warm your spirit. And, Beth and I hope to help warm your bellies as we venture into Ward 4 for the evening on Saturday, Dec. 16 to give away the cocoa from 5:30 until 8:00 p.m.
Come visit us and bring some #NBW3 cheer to the Common!
